What is the process of application?

The program is open for the 2022 Internship. Applications are welcome on a rolling basis.

Is the internship paid or unpaid?

Hloov offers both Paid and Unpaid internship opportunities to support as many aspiring interns as possible who want to kick-start their careers by working on real projects and advanced technology stack in a fast-growing diverse startup.

Paid or Unpaid are offered based on the following criteria:

• Based on the individual assignment and assessment results

• Domain / Background (Computer Science, Architecture, Sustainability, etc.)

• Education Level (Bachelors, Masters, Ph.D.)

• Education Year (6th Semester B.E., 3rd Semester M.E, etc.)

Hloov’s paid internship stipend ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 35,000 per month.

Hloov’s unpaid internship is offered to the qualified candidates who want to leverage our internship program to gain experience and build their careers but could not make it to the top of the list of final candidates during the assignment and assessment phase. An unpaid internship is offered for three (3) months. After completing the tenure, if the company and intern agree to extend the internship, the candidates are upgraded to the paid internship according to Hloov’s paid internship offers.

All paid or unpaid interns have equal opportunities to apply for regular full-time employee open roles and opportunities during or after their internship tenure. We have a history of hiring interns, and we love to have more of our amazing interns be our future #Hloovers.

What are the eligibility criteria for the internship application?

The program is open to all students who are currently enrolled or recently graduated but are not already working. Hloov Internship Program is committed to increasing diversity in the built environment industry to qualified women and members of underrepresented groups. To be considered, applicants should meet the following criteria:

Be a citizen or foreign national eligible to work in the country of Hloov’s local office.
Must Be At Least 18 Years of Age by Start Date of Internship.
Be actively enrolled in a college, university, or graduate program.
Have completed a minimum of one (1) year as a student at a degree-granting two or four-year college or university or be a currently enrolled graduate student or accepted in a graduate degree program.
Have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of six (6), or the letter grade equivalent.
Applicants must NOT have previously interned with Hloov.
Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Must be fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of any other is advantageous.

What are the expected working hours for the Internship?

Hloov believes in and follows a “Flexi” work culture, and supporting Interns’ academic time requirements is our top priority. That is why Interns are expected to contribute only a minimum of 20 hours per week according to the schedule that works best for them and their education requirements.

Our dedicated employee mentors work directly with the Interns to schedule a convenient time for the regular check-ins and mentorship activities.
